Rohmchat Boonyawate - Tan is a Director & Co-Founder of AJT Wellity Asia and has been part of the company’s development from its earliest beginnings. Over the years, she has built a strong and practical understanding of the healthcare, wellness, hospitality and advisory industries, contributing directly to the company’s growth and regional expansion. As a key leader within AJT Wellity Asia, Rohmchat oversees the organisational backbone of the business while also taking an active role at the forefront of major projects. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure that strategy, project delivery, financial management, partner engagement and business development remain aligned and effectively executed. Her experience has been shaped through first-hand involvement in complex healthcare, wellness and hospitality developments across Asia. This has given her the ability to understand projects from operational, commercial and client perspectives, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing regional business opportunities. Rohmchat will also lead and head Wellity Concierge, AJT Wellity Asia’s premium healthcare, wellness and hospitality service platform. In this role, she will oversee client engagement, partner coordination and the delivery of personalised, seamless and risk-managed healthcare journeys across the Wellity network. She holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication Management from Thammasat University. Her combination of organisational leadership, regional experience and commitment to service excellence makes her an integral part of AJT Wellity Asia’s continued development.
