Anthony Jude Tan

Anthony Jude Tan is the Founder and Managing Director of AJT Wellity Asia, a specialist advisory and development firm shaping healthcare, medical wellness, healthspan and integrated wellness real estate across Asia. Among the early non-physician leaders in medical wellness in Asia, Anthony has championed the integration of hospitality, preventive healthcare and lifestyle medicine since 2006. With more than 25 years in international hospitality and over two decades in healthcare and wellness, he has built a distinctive career bridging medicine, business, investment and human-centred service. Through AJT Wellity Asia, Anthony has contributed to healthcare, wellness and real estate developments representing more than 3.5 million square metres, while helping facilitate and align over USD 100 million in investment capital. His work focuses on transforming ambitious ideas into clinically credible, operationally viable and commercially sustainable businesses. Anthony works extensively across Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia. He advises developers, healthcare organisations and investors on the creation of integrated healthspan ecosystems and contributes strategic guidance to Unik Holdings in Vietnam, including the development of Chitta Group as a new-generation medical wellness and lifestyle destination. As the former CEO of VitalLife Corporation, the preventive wellness arm of Bumrungrad International Hospital, Anthony contributed to the advancement of preventive medicine and the integration of medical wellness within a hospital ecosystem.
