On 19 September 2026, AJT Wellity Asia completed a full-day Business Biohacking workshop in Hanoi for Elite Property. Led by Anthony Jude Tan, the session brought the developer, landowner and project investors together around a central question: what makes a well-living building, and how is it designed in rather than bolted on?

The workshop explored the wellness demographic, the shift from anti-ageing to longevity, modalities and technologies that retain value over time, and benchmarks from leading Asian wellness properties. The group examined well-building design and facility integration, including air, water, light, thermal comfort and materials specified to WELL-grade standards, alongside a residents’ club and longevity programme anchored by clinical partners.

The 45,216 sqm, 32-storey mixed-use tower is scheduled to begin piling in December 2026. The workshop established a shared understanding of the commercial logic connecting wellness investment to absorption, pricing and long-term asset value. A second phase covering concept development, business modelling, programme design and implementation advisory is being scoped.
