As part of AJT Wellity Asia’s broader engagement with the Vacation Village Group, we provided not only strategic advisory but also took part in the management oversight of their portfolio of wellness oriented properties. At Wareerak, our team led the concept refinement, space planning and wellness program development, while also advising on medical wellness marketing to elevate the retreat’s positioning.

In preparation for long-term growth, AJT also planned the second-phase extension of the retreat which includes expanded wellness facilities, new therapeutic offerings and enhanced accommodations positioning Wareerak as a leading natural healing destination in southern Thailand.
