AJT Wellity Asia, has been appointed as Strategic Advisory Partner for the completion and operational readiness of The Solitaire, the first aesthetic medical center located within the Bali Medical Economic Special Zone (Sanur International Health & Wellness Destination. In this capacity, AJT Wellity Asia plays a central role in integrating the business model, operational structure and service delivery framework, ensuring alignment across all participating partners. Our advisory role includes the coordination and integration of approximately 15 international clinics and specialist doctors, aligning their clinical practices, service standards and patient journey within a unified operational and hospitality ecosystem. In addition, AJT Wellity Asia serves as strategic advisor to the shareholders, providing guidance on business alignment, operational governance and long-term positioning of the center within Sanur International Health & Wellness Destination.

Through this engagement, AJT Wellity Asia supports the establishment of a comprehensive end-to-end medical hospitality model, ensuring that customer care, clinical workflows, operational systems and business structures are thoughtfully designed and aligned to deliver the highest standards of patient safety, operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
