AJT’s responsibilities span from concept development to in-depth market intelligence, feasibility studies and training programs. A key deliverable is a comprehensive business model that aligns senior wellness real estate with Thailand’s medical excellence, offering viable model for insurance-backed retirement living.

AJT is also guiding the creation of market-entry strategies, franchise frameworks and operational systems that support long-term sustainability for both the developer and end users.
