Our scope included a comprehensive feasibility study, program development and the creation of an integrated master plan that connects the new wellness retreat with the existing resort infrastructure. The project also involved the strategic design and planning of a full-service medical wellness clinic, ensuring seamless operational synergy between hospitality and clinic services.
