FORWARD Medical Clinics mark one of China’s first premium-location projects integrating world-class medical and wellness services in a professional yet welcoming environment. The clinics officially opened in early 2018, offering both short- and long-term medical care tailored to the evolving needs of modern patients.

AJT Consultancy served as the lead consultant for the project, overseeing the development and planning of the medical wellness model. This included concept development, operational flow design, medical and laboratory setup, and the integration of preventive and regenerative medicine services. AJT was also responsible for establishing clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and leading training and staff development. The consultancy continued in a long-term advisory role to ensure operational quality and strategic alignment.

The project encompassed two key facilities: Forward Revive Clinique, a two-level medical center spanning 1,000 square meters, and the Forward Medical Center, a holistic facility occupying 2,000 square meters on a single level. Services offered across both centers included a compounding pharmacy, medical laboratory, preventive health screening, detox therapies, sauna, aesthetic and minor surgery rooms, recovery lounge, diet and nutrition bar, and a conference and education hall.
