Celebrating 6 Years of Transforming Industries: Refreshing Medical Wellness for Hospitality

It’s been 6 years since AJT started our medical wellness journey for the sectors in healthcare and hospitality. Our drive to gracefully and effectively unify medical wellness within hotels and resorts as well as inoculate warmth and greater hospitality within healthcare developments. As a consultancy and through our two brands DrMap and Wellity, we are always looking for exciting new projects and partners, with the same SYNERGY – ready to Innovate, Integrate and Create.

This month, the AJT team met up with the Saha Union Group in Bangkok and Tungtong Beach Villas in Chumporn, Southern Thailand. With one upcoming project, the lead consultancy role is to conceptualize an Active Lifestyle Resort Club in Thupsai Sriracha, Chonburi which is an area part of Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

The main objective of this project will be to better serve senior active living experiences by conceptualizing and creating a Preventive Wellness Lifestyle Enviroment and Programs for the project. Through it all, the development also aims to keep senior active living affordable for the community.

Whilst in Chumporn, Thailand, our Wellness for Hospitality arm, Wellity, takes lead with Tungtong Beach Villas. This serene resort development is managed by two innovative sisters Khun Oum and Khun Am. With an uncompromising objective to instill wellness into their resort, every single square meter of this property was well thought out. The unity between the owners and AJT, will futher grow the property through strategic business planning, implementation, and marketing.

ตัวอย่างการบริหารพื้นที่และโซนนิ่ง (Space & Zoning Management) จะให้ความสำคัญเรื่องการเชื่อมโยงของแต่ละพื้นที่ใช้สอย และของแต่ละแผนก (Operation & Flow) เพื่อรองรับการทำงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้มาตรฐานสากล ประกอบด้วย Medical & Wellness Zone, Back of House, Changing Room & Toilet, Retails, Co-working Space, Social Zone, ตลอดจนการออกแบบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ตอบสนองและให้คุณประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพและร่างกาย (Wellness Element) อาทิเช่น แสงสว่าง (Lighting), อากาศ (Air), เสียง (Sound), การสัมผัส (Scent), รสชาด (Taste), และธรรมชาติบำบัด (Biophilic Therapy).
