I would base my business on an educational model, rather than establishing a wellness consultancy today. Or at the very least, run both models concurrently.

Here are the 3 main things that make our best clients the absolute best.

1. Mutual trust and openness – free exchange of vision and direction. Good relationships in general are built on a foundation of trust and business relationships are no different. Our best clients entrust us with their organization’s vision and goals, and in turn, we trust them to be completely transparent where applicable.

2. Good Communication both parties keep the other updated on their progress, any changes, and offer feedback in a timely manner. This also relates back to the first point about trust.

3. Mutual Respect – both parties fully respect each other on both a personal and professional level. This makes working with each other a comfortable and positive experience.
